Jean Genet on Abu Omar

Jean Genet the great French writer came to Jordan in solidarity with the Palestinian Revolution, he and Abu Omar became good friends. Genet mentions Abu Omar several times in his book Un Captif Amoureux (Prisoner of love).
He brought (Abu Omar) great courage and intelligence to whatever he did. Through him I came to understand the narrow lives of Palestinian women in the camps.
